We have come up with some simple terms and conditions which we hope you’ll agree are fair and reasonable. These apply to your use of the Curvy Collection website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then you should not use our website. These terms and conditions may change at any time and its your responsibility to check them regularly. Your legal and statutory rights are not affected by them.

Account Information

When you open an account with Curvy Collection you need to provide us with a user name, password and email address. You will be responsible for all activities undertaken using this information. If you discover that someone is using your details fraudulently then please change your password using the Account facility on the website. When creating an account you confirm that all the information given is true and accurate.

Communication

We will contact you using the email address provided when opening an account.

Changes in Personal Information

If you move house, change your telephone number or email address, please let us know as soon as possible, by using the Account facility on the website.

Fraudulent Transactions

Its a criminal offence to use a false name or to place an order using a debit/credit card to which you do not have authorised access. If a fraudulent transaction is discovered, we will not hesitate to report it to the relevant authorities.

Ordering

All contracts are with Kamisoul Limited and by placing an order you are agreeing to purchase our goods. All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Curvy Collection reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
Postage and packaging costs are charged separately.
A contract is not in existence until your order has been dispatched. We will confirm your order by sending a confirmatory email to the email address supplied.
Your debit/credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for dispatch. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will of course send you an email letting you know.
You must be aged over 18 years old, if not, the supervision of a parent or guardian is necessary.
You confirm that the details provided when placing an order and within all communications with us are true and accurate.
You confirm that you are legally entitled to use the debit/credit card used to place the order. All transactions will be authorised by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Stock availability on the website is only indicative and cannot be confirmed until the order is ready for dispatch. Payment will only be taken from your debit/credit card once the order is confirmed by an email from Curvy Collection.

Delivery

Orders are sent to the delivery address stated in your account using Royal Mail recorded delivery, so the parcel must be signed for (sorry!) If the address is outside the United Kingdom then you will be responsible for the payment of any import taxes/duties which are incurred. Extra postage charges may also be charged.

Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel an order, then please let us know by email as soon as possible and if the order has not been processed, we will be happy to cancel it – no questions asked!

Returning a garment

We want you to be happy with your clothes, but, if for any reason, you are not then we will of course give you a full refund or exchange them for something else, as long as the labels are still attached and they are in good condition and unworn. We supply a returns bag for this purpose. Please use recorded delivery when returning items, as we cannot make a refund until the garment has been checked back into our stock.

Laws applicable to Curvy Collection (a UK registered Company)

Any relevant terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain. Anyone purchasing from Curvy Collection consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
