Delivery

We use Royal Mail recorded delivery, so all packages will require a signature (sorry!)

Deliveries are charged at £3.50.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your garments, but if for any reason you are not, then as long as you return them within 15 working days of receipt (in resaleable condition and with all tags attached) we will gladly give you a refund or exchange.  Please use the Returns/Exchange form enclosed in your parcel.

We strongly suggest that you use Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For Delivery so that you can track your order.  There is a sticky returns label on the bottom of the invoice for your convenience and hopefully you can reuse the plastic bag

Please ensure that you fill out the Returns/Exchange form carefully, as this will speed up the process for getting your money back or an alternative garment being sent out to you.
